What are your cleaning prices?

We have a transparent pricing policy, when you're booking you will get a live estimation of the price depending on the features of your property. You're also a phone call away from a cleaning estimate. Keep in mind that we reserve the right to re-quote you upon arrival to the property depending on the status of the property.

Do you clean residential homes?

We do not clean residential homes, we only clean vacation / short term rental homes. Our cleaners are trained for vacation rental turnover, and are not properly trained to clean residential homes.

Will you ever re-quote upon arrival?

We do reserve the right to re-quote your clean upon arrival. In certain circumstances a place is left in conditions that require a deep clean and a longer allotted time for the clean. In these situations, we will reach out to you immediately through the phone number provided and give you the re-quoted price.

When will you arrive?

We will arrive at the time that you select upon booking. All cleanings are generally completed in 4 hours.

Do you clean outside the house.

We do not clean outside of properties. Our services are designed for vacation rental turnover, which does not include cleaning the outdoors of homes.

How long do cleans take?

Our turnover clean takes 3 - 5 hours. If you need an expedited clean, please contact us or leave the request in the custom field. There will be an added fee for expedited cleans.

How many cleaners arrive

We dispatch anywhere between 1 to 4 cleaners per clean, depending on the size of the property.

Do you provide your own supplies?

We do bring our own supplies to clean, however, we will use your own equipment per request.

Do you provide laundry services? 

We do provide laundry services upon request, you can type what you need washed in the custom request section of the clean.

How do you accept payments?

We accept all of our payments through our partner payment provider Stripe. Stripe provides industry-standard payment processing, we never get access to any of your information.

Do you accept cash?

We do NOT accept cash. Our cleaners will not accept cash for payment for services either.

When is payment due?

We require a $35 non-refundable deposit in order to confirm your clean. The remainder of the payment is due after the clean.

Where can I view my invoices?

All of your invoices are sent to your provided email, if you need any particular invoice feel free to reach to us at hello@neatpad.co

Can I leave tips to cleaners?

Although it is not a requirement, tips are allowed for cleaners.

What cleaning services do you provide?

We follow all major vacation rental cleaning guidelines to insure that your property is ready for its next guest. To view the entire list that our cleaners follow for our turnover clean, please click here.

What Add-ons do you offer?

We offer several add-ons that you can add to each cleaning service, please keep in mind that add-ons take additional time to complete. Our add-ons include: Inside the oven, inside the windows, inside the fridge. clean walls, inside cabinets, and custom requests are available.
